Who We Are

Select Practice Management offers practice management services to physician-owned practices and physicians looking for placement in physician-owned practices. Our practice management services range from assisting physicians to evaluate their career options to functioning as a practice management intermediary for key practice services. As more and more physicians become employees of corporate-controlled practices, Select Practice Management seeks to assist independent physicians to offer patients an quality alternative to high-volume care.

Target Practices

Select Practice Management focuses on physician-owned practices because 1) these practices are consistent with our practice management experience and 2) these practices tend to be the most accepting of change. We assist physicians who are filling the role of practice administrator or who are assisting the current practice administration. The key component for Select Practice Management practices is the willingness to consider new ideas designed to improve patient care and physician quality of life.

How We Work

While we operate in Las Vegas, Nevada, any physician or administrator interested in maintaining independent physician offices should feel free to contact us to simply share ideas or concerns. Our primary mission is to promote independent physicians offices. The most basic--and free--service is the opportunity to share ideas. Speaking to physicians and administrators from around the country helps us to develop our understanding of other markets to help other physicians in the future.

If Select Practice Management can perform specific services for you or your practice, we will design a fee the reflects the work involved. For many intermediary services, our fees are generated from the vendors at no cost to the physician practices. Many of our MSO and ancillary revenue services can be implemented regardless of geographic location.
